      Thank you for your interest in our dogs. Please completely fill out the following questionnaire. All information is treated as confidential. If some of the questions seem intrusive, please understand that we are dedicated to taking good care of our dogs and finding the best possible homes for them. Your cooperation will help us match the right dog to you, your lifestyle, and your circumstances. An incomplete application is reason for refusal. Submission of this application does not guarantee that you will receive a dog. Application processing time averages two to four weeks depending on the volume of applications received. The more complete an application is, the faster we can process it.
