Bunny Bea

|
This is Bunny Bea, and she merits her name. What a sweet girl! She is a
Rottweiler. She is probably around a year old. Bunny is a victim of the
housing foreclosure situation. Her people lost their house, and
abandoned her and another dog. When the dogs were finally rescued by
Animal Control, it was too late for her companion—he had a dislocated
hip which the shelter could not afford to treat, so he was put to sleep.
Bunny had an upper respiratory infection and might have met the same
fate. However, our volunteer was asked to take her, and she couldn’t say
no to those pleading eyes. Bunny will make a great pet for some lucky
household. She is submissive without any shyness; despite her travails,
she adores and trusts people. Come meet her. You won’t be sorry!
Visitors are always welcome, by appointment only.
NOTE: An adoption application MUST be submitted in order
to be considered to adopt a dog through our program.
