Hello! I am Calvin. I was dropped off in the country in KY and some
friendly people fed me and let me play with their Chihuahuas- one of
whom I am named after! I kept going towards the road and since they
already had handful of dogs, they wanted to place me with SWODR. I am
all natural; I have never had plastic surgery on my ears and tail. I’m a
big, red, handsome Doberboy, if I do say so myself! I’m about 1 year
old. I am crate trained, and I play well with other dogs. I like kids
but I tend to knock the smaller ones down (even though I don’t mean to),
so I need to go to obedience class. I LOVE to fetch, and sometimes I
even toss the toy to myself in my run. Very sweet and affectionate,
that's me. I need room to run and play- even better if you have a friend
for me! Visitors are always welcome, by appointment only. If you are interested in meeting him, please let us know so that arrangements can be made with the foster home. NOTE: An adoption application MUST be submitted in order to be considered to adopt a dog through our program. |
