This is Delaney. As you can see from her picture, she has missed quite
a few meals. She was a stray, pulled from a shelter for us by a Good
Samaritan. She is very young, around a year old. She is black, with a
docked tail and cropped and flopped ears. She is sweet and lively despite
her emaciated condition. She might have been kept confined or tied,
because she loves the freedom of our big yards. She runs and runs!
Delaney is a high energy dog who will need lots of exercise and a fenced
yard. An energetic kid or two wouldn't hurt either. She will be a great
playmate. A little training will go a long way to helping her control her
exuberance. She is a good girl and will learn fast. She will be an
excellent and devoted family pet.
Visitors are always welcome, by appointment only.
NOTE: An adoption application MUST be submitted in order
to be considered to adopt a dog through our program.
