Hi, I’m Dobie! Funny name for a Doberboy, don’t you think? I’m five years old, blue, and have natural ears and a docked tail. All the nice people at Payton’s Place tell me I’m a wonderful dog. I always try to behave, and I like everybody. I love humans, and I like other dogs as well--even other boys. I guess I’m not the pushy type, but that’s good, right? A long time ago I had an injured leg, and I walk funny (but I get around just fine). I like it OK here at Payton’s Place, but I would rather have a real, forever home with kind people. Hey--you know what? If you’d like, I could be trained as a therapy dog. I would be good at that. I am so gentle, and people could relate to me because of my funny leg. I would love it if you would visit me, and take me home. I’m waiting for you!
