Georgie is hoping to take up life as a couch potato. She is 5 years old,
black and rust, with a docked tail and cropped ears. She was a show dog
in her youth, then went on to a short career as a mommy dog. Now she is
looking for a new role as companion and family member. She has led a
somewhat sheltered life, and has not been exposed to young children,
cats, or small dogs. She gets along with her kennel mates, so she can
probably have another large dog as a companion. She is sweet and
affectionate, and loves to cuddle next to you and her stuffed monkey.
She will be a great pet for an individual or couple, or for a calm
family without small children. Will you share your couch with her? You
won’t be disappointed. Georgie will be staying with her owner until she is placed. If you’d like to meet her, we will arrange to have you visit her at her current home. Visitors are always welcome, by appointment only. NOTE: An adoption application MUST be submitted in order to be considered to adopt a dog through our program. |
