Meet Roscoe. He is a 2 year old red male with cropped ears and a docked
tail. He was surrendered because his family is expecting a new baby soon
and they have limited time and funds for him. Visitors are always welcome, by appointment only. NOTE: An adoption application MUST be submitted in order to be considered to adopt a dog through our program. |
