Zoey

Poor Zoey! She is back at SWODR through no fault of her own, due to the illness of her previous owner. Zoey is red, with a docked tail and cropped ears. At 8 years old or so, she is happy and active but not bouncy. She is affectionate and adores kids (in a previous home, the two-year-old would sit in her crate with her and play with her food). She is well behaved and has excellent house manners--clean and quiet. She likes to ride in the car, and is particularly delighted to go for a walk. Even though she is a Senior, she is quite fit. She gets along well with some boy dogs, but would rather not have to deal with other girls or with cats. She is perfectly happy as an only dog, as long as she has human companionship. Zoey will be a fine companion for just about anybody. She would be great for an active older adult, with or without grandchildren.

Visitors are always welcome, by appointment only.
