Evette is about three
years old. She is a pretty little gal, with a lovely soft black coat with
rust markings. She has a docked tail and cropped ears. She was surrendered,
along with her 11 puppies, to a Kentucky shelter by her owner who didn’t
have time to manage her and the pups. Unfortunately, the puppies all had to
be euphemized, but Evette was spared and has come to Payton’s Place to find
a loving forever home. She had several parasitic infections, but these have
all been treated. Fortunately, she does not have heartworms. Evette is a darling who likes children, other dogs, and rides in the car. (We don’t know about cats yet.) Her charming personality is evidenced by her constantly wagging tail. She will be a wonderful pet for someone who will treat her not as an inconvenience, but as a loved and cherished family member. She will repay you with her heart’s devotion. Visitors are always welcome, by appointment only. NOTE: An adoption application MUST be submitted in order to be considered to adopt a dog through our program. |
